The Eleventh Meeting of the Executive Steering Committee (CDE) held at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina and was attended by representatives of the South American countries as well as officials of the institutions that make up the Technical Coordination Committee (CCT) of IIRSA.

At this meeting the document "Indicative Territorial Planning: IIRSA Project Portfolio 2009" is presented that aims to present the state of the Project Portfolio Initiative for Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA), highlighting the dynamic and fundamentals that governed these activities and progress made by countries in sorting and identification of priorities for action arising from the territorial planning process indicative of medium-long term
