The Eleventh National Coordinators Meeting held at the Sheraton Hotel in the city of Montevideo, Uruguay, on days 6 and 7 November 2007.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the South American countries as well as officials from observer organizations and institutions that make up the Technical Coordination Committee (CCT), (IDB, CAF and FONPLATA), and was chaired by Mr. Paul Genta, National Director of Transport Ministry of Transport and Public Works of Uruguay, who chairs the Technical Steering Committee (CDE) of IIRSA, during this period.

The objectives of the meeting of National Coordinators were: i) review the main results of 2007 activities, ii) identify the issues and outline the 2008 work program, and iii) consider the agenda of the Ninth Meeting of the CDE will take place in December in Montevideo.
