The Fifteenth Meeting of National Coordinators was held in the Auditorium Raul Prebisch in INTAL headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the 4th to 6th November 2009.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the South American countries as well as officials of the institutions that make up the Technical Coordination Committee (CCT), (IDB, CAF and FONPLATA), and was chaired by Ms. Graciela Oporto, Undersecretary of Territorial planning of Public Investment, Ministry of Federal planning, Public Investment and Services of Argentina, who is the Chairman of the Executive Steering Committee (CDE ) of IIRSA , during this period.

The objectives of the meeting of National Coordinators were: to review the main results of the activities of 2009, outline the 2010 work program and consider the agenda of the meeting to be held in December in Buenos Aires.
