The Tenth Meeting of National Coordinators was held at the Radisson Hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay, on days 10 and 11 July 2007 .

The meeting was attended by representatives of the South American countries as well as officials from observer organizations and institutions that make up the Technical Coordination Committee (CCT), (IDB, CAF and FONPLATA), and was chaired by Mr. Paul Genta , National Director of Transport Ministry of Transport and Public Works of Uruguay, who chairs the Technical Steering Committee (CDE) of IIRSA, during this period.

The objective of the meeting of National Coordinators was to follow up the Plan of Work Initiative 2007, with special emphasis on the results and next steps in the topics specified in the agenda.
