The Thirteenth Meeting of National Coordinators took place at the Radisson Royal Hotel, in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, on November 5 and 6, 2008.

The meeting was attended by representatives of all the South-American countries concerned as well as by officials from observing agencies and institutions that make up the Technical Coordination Committee (CCT), (IDB, CAF and FONPLATA), and was presided by Mrs. Ana María Pinto, Deputy Directort of Transportation of the National Planning Department in Colombia, who chairs IIRSA’s Technical Steering Committee in this period.

The objectives of the meeting were: i) revise the main results of the activities undertaken in 2008; ii) identify the issues and outline the work program for 2009, and iii) discuss the agenda for the X Meeting of the CDE that will be held in December in Cartagena de Indias.
