The Seventeenth Meeting of National Coordinators was held at the Hotel Los Delfines in Lima, Peru, on days 2 and 3 December 2010.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the South American countries as well as officials of the institutions that make up the Technical Coordination Committee (CCT), (IDB, CAF and FONPLATA), and was chaired by Ms. Graciela Oporto, Undersecretary of Territorial planning of Public Investment, Ministry of Federal planning, Public Investment and Services of Argentina, who served as President of IIRSA, in 2010.

The purpose of the meeting was to review the activities undertaken during 2010, presenting the "Book Portfolio 2010", the "Implementation Agenda based on Consensus 2005-2010" and the book "IIRSA After 10 Years: Achievements and Progress". Moreover, analyzing the functioning of the Initiative and its Action Plan in the framework of UNASUR, particularly since the creation of the South American Infrastructure and Planning Council (COSIPLAN)
