The Ministers of the South American Infrastructure and Planning Council (COSIPLAN) of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) met in the city of Montevideo, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, on December 4, 2014, in the context of the V Ordinary Meeting of the Council.

During the meeting, the documents produced as a result of the work conducted throughout the year were approved, and the Work Plan 2015 was agreed upon as a guiding instrument for the activities to be promoted by the Presidency Pro Tempore.

This meeting was preceded by the X Meeting of the COSIPLAN Coordinating Committee, held on December 3, and by the XXV Meeting of National Coordinators, held on December 2.
