The Fourth Report on the COSIPLAN Project Portfolio Cuarto, as provided for in the COSIPLAN-IIRSA Work Plan 2014, is put to the consideration of the UNASUR South American Infrastructure and Planning Council (COSIPLAN) as well as of the citizenship, pursuing a two-fold objective.

The report outlines the results of the work undertaken by the countries in implementing the structured projects and presents a general overview of API as well as its evolution.
