The Fourth Report on the COSIPLAN Project Portfolio Cuarto, as provided for in the COSIPLAN-IIRSA Work Plan 2014, is put to the consideration of the UNASUR South American Infrastructure and Planning Council (COSIPLAN) as well as of the citizenship, pursuing a two-fold objective. On the one hand, to outline the results of the work undertaken by the countries during this year with regard to territorial planning. On the other hand, to present a general overview of the Portfolio, including a detailed evolution of its projects.
