On November 18 and 19, 2015, the city of Buenos Aires hosted the Binational Workshop on the Agua Negra Binational Tunnel (Argentina-Chile), which was attended by National, Regional and Provincial Authorities from Argentina and Chile, both countries’ Enlarged Work Team, representatives from the institutions that make up the CCT, and a consulting team.

The main objectives of the Workshop were: i) Present and agree upon the Agua Negra Binational Tunnel Territorial Integration Program, ii) Define the Action Plan for the PTI and its implementation methodology, iii) Consolidate a model for monitoring the PTI, iv) Identify the lessons learned from the design of a PTI for an API project, and v) Define a schedule of activities for the approval and implementation of the Program.
