On August 8, 2012, the city of Montevideo, Uruguay, hosted the Fifth Meeting of the Coordinating Committee (CC) of the South American Infrastructure and Planning Council (COSIPLAN), with the following objectives: (i) review and assess the current status of and the progress made in each activity included in the COSIPLAN Work Plan 2012; (ii) update the activities timetable for the August-December 2012 period; and (iii) define the schedule of activities aimed at drafting the Work Plan 2013.
