The Second Meeting of the Coordinating Committee of the South American Council for Infrastructure and Planning (COSIPLAN) of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR) was held on August 31, 2011, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The meeting was attended by delegations from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru,
Surinam, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Representatives of the General Secretariat of UNASUR and Representatives of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Andean Development Corporation – Development Bank of Latin America (CAF) and the Bolivian Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, and the CCT Secretariat participated as observers.
