The April 28, 2011 took place in the Itamaraty Palace in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the First Meeting of the Coordinating Committee COSIPLAN. The meeting was attended by representatives of the governments of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela. They also participated in the meeting, the Secretary General of UNASUR and representatives of IDB, CAF, FONPLATA, ECLAC and CCT Secretariat IIRSA as observers.
