This Third Report, provided for in the COSIPLAN-IIRSA Work Plan 2013 and intended for submission to the consideration of the UNASUR South American Infrastructure and Planning Council and for the general public, has a twofold objective. On the one hand, it reflects the results of the work done by the countries this year in territorial planning.  And on the other hand, it presents an overall assessment of the Portfolio, including a breakdown of the evolution of the projects.
