The purpose of this report is to analyze and evaluate, within the framework of the Initiative for the Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America, the attainment of the goals set forth upon the creation of the Implementation Agenda based on Consensus (AIC - Agenda de Implementación Consensuada) 2005-2010, made up of a set of 31 infrastructure projects that, given their features, have a strong impact on the physical integration of South America.
