Koradi means “conscious food,” and they transmit this consciousness right from the seed to the finished product with biodynamic processes and subjecting the chocolate to particular harmonic sound vibrations. Thus, each chocolate bar is produced with a different frequency and a different symphony, determining its cocoa percentage and precise bitterness.
